O’Leary has navigated the minefields of corporate and self-employment for over two decades with a vast array of pursuits.
O’Leary managed a specialty retail business, spent time in time in the real estate space, enjoyed over a half-decade in the transportation field, toiled for years in the salt mines of the non-profit sector, coached and played for championship athletic teams, and also had a career in the fly fishing niche as a guide, travel host, and instructor.
O’Leary says, “I’ve never really failed, but I sure have had a lot of opportunities for personal growth. My goal here is to help entrepreneurs so their growing pains don’t hurt as bad as mine did.”
O’Leary is a native of Portland, Oregon and now resides in Northern California. He and Robyn have 5 children ranging from pre-school to a college senior.
Brian is an alumnus of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
