The Market Doesn’t Care About Feelings

The truth about the World Baseball Classic

Granted, it’s not the good ol’ days, but the totality of the World Baseball Classic was as close to a raw, unapologetic brawl as exists in baseball anymore. You had pitchers throwing 102 miles per hour.

There was also a full-time Czech electrical engineer—moonlighting as an international superstar and topping out his velocity in the 70s—that gave Samurai Japan a run for its money. In his final career game for the Czech National Team, Ondřej Satoria threw 423 scoreless innings against the defending champs and was treated to a standing ovation by the Tokyo Dome fans.

Meanwhile, the umpires blew calls as usual. Unfortunate, but to be expected.

The crowds were deafening. The pressure could have broken a weak mind in half. Probably did in some cases.

There was zero margin for error.

You never see a hitter striking out on a bad call and demanding a participation trophy. The Game does not care about his feelings. The pitch was thrown. He missed it. He walks back to the dugout.

The market operates the exact same way.

It is a brutal, chaotic arena. It does not hand out little gold statues for trying hard. It does not host a glittering awards show for the guy who almost closed the deal.

It respects only one thing: Undeniable physical action.

Right now, you are surrounded by competitors living in a hallucination. They stare at vanity metrics. They obsess over fake open rates. They post feel-good quotes online and wait for the algorithm to bless them.

They blame the umpire when their bank account is empty.

Listen, as a young ballplayer and coach, I loved to bark at the umpires as much as anyone. Okay… more than anyone, if we’re being honest.

Where did it usually get me? A coach telling me to “grab some pine,” or watching the game from outside the stadium. I was absolutely no help to my teammates or players when I wasn’t on the field.

So…

Stop making excuses. Embrace the chaos and the inherent unfairness of the game. That is how you achieve absolute victory.

If you want to strip away the nonsense and build a fortress around your brand, we need to get on a call.

I have exactly two slots remaining in March for my Platform Domination Consult.

It is $297. You pay the fee. We map out your empire. We find the hidden money you are leaving on the table.

This is not a chat to validate your feelings. It is a battle plan. If we end up working together long term, that $297 will be credited to your balance.

If you are ready to stop playing small, secure your slot right now:
